Yesterday's Training Schedule
Jogging for 30mins - 45mins... Drill Srpinting... 100m walk and 100m Air Sprint...5 rounds in the track...
Todays Schedule
45min - 1 hour Jogging then Go Weights Training.....Physio Therphy Session for Half an Hour
Cool eh its been a while i was so Exausted afta that..And i really ate alot at Night think its the rebuilding muscles thingy kali heheheh...But its all good!!~......
Night watched this Movie called "Bride and Prejudice" kinda cool movie but hmmmmm abit tamilish for a American Movie Directed by the Direcotr of "Bended Like Beckham" cuba tah Bended Like Kurt wahhhahah macam apa aku ah.....Then later i gave Alai a ring...then Tidurrrrr~!!!!~~
