Sakit Nye Kaki aku!!~~ =S
Damn eh sakit banar kaki ku....its been nearly a week now...guess the effect frm main futsal last sunday ri atu...ada kah block org shooting...atu ya bangkak...went jogging lagi yesterday atu ya kepisan..inda FIT ani bah dats the 1st time i was like kepisan belari kan muntah lagi tu...damn now i need serious training to do....last 2 days i only ran like 3 round on the track??!!!!!!~~ SASAK KU!!!~~~.... Nasib yesterday i finished 7 rounds including a 1 round sprint on the track clocked 1mon 19sec heheheeh....the 6round clocked a fucking 13mins~~~~ baie eh sasak ku.....i can do better than fucking 13mins..cana kan clock below 10mins ni in the A.F.C.B(Armed forces Commisioning Board Officer Selection) damn ok looks like more training for me this few weeks...need to go swimming oso...Maybe goin to do that next week..if im satistifed with my Jogging time...Or i can do both afta jogging taurs swimming hehehehehe... dat would be the old times wen me and Sham(Zeeko) trained for the Intake 128 Officer Selection...missed those times ada dangan training....Well krg tah lagi ku type sommore..im off to Weststreet later hv to pick up Alim if he's goin jua... Kreng Kreng Kreng KrENG~!!~~~~~~~ Went out lastnyte with dorg LT12vians guess wat Adec's back for 2 weeks..Zai,Ejo,Azrin,Ejo's Sis,Nina andalso Adec was there...Hang d Kianggih d malam then pindah ke Food Zone pasal takut kana temparik hehehehe...Everybody looks happy lah Nina got a Job..Zai Busy with her Exam soon and couldnt wait to go to glasgow this Summer to meet her Nizam.Ejo also busy with assignments biasa lah tu Senior life in ITB.. Azrin macam aku masih bagi baja anggur....hehehehehee..Inda pandai berubah LT12vians ani =)LT12vians!!~~ Weeeee!!!~

MOON!!~~~
Heheheh these few days the full moon looks really nice..took pictures of the moon when kami lepak d Kianggih tadi....Dayat,Ros, Saipol and the Special Squadrant Members Alim and Sham..Alim and Sham talked loads abt the briefing they went this afternoon especially Sham got pressured bcos of his fitness..I told him think of it as a challenge not a critics..he took it in a good way ever since i said that..dats Sham =D Saipol's gonna be a teacher soon starting on 2nd May heheheh layak lah jadi cifu anak atu..Ros and Dayat no change at all u knw wat i mean ehehhehehe.. Afta Kianggih we went to Coffee Zone meet Alims Bro Zul and his officers wah so ganas lah.Sapur was there also a cool guy he is....ME n Cikgu Saipol

GoodLuck Guys
Erm meet dorg C Alim and Sham tadi..afta they went to the medi check for the Holding Starting from 2nd Mei....Well Sham showed me the letter or the list of stuff to bring in holding wah! atu banyak list nya!!!...Went to MD japs dangani Alim to takecare of the leaving cert erm Oh yea...went to the MD GYM ada this rope(kalat Rope) me and Sham tried to clomb up tadi damn atu tinggi....but was funlah...Last stop for us hang d weststreet for a drink...Sham' and Alim were really happy to get in the force so sad i can't make it with u guys...I'll be seeing u guys in August i promise u guys...U guys are the greatest :D Special Squadrant men wont be leftout without a fight~!!!!..Oh yea 4get to mention Sham Has a new hair cut hehehehehe GONDOL YO!!~Wrrraaaaggggghhhhh!!!!!~~~ Wahahahaha

Fuh wat a day spend my time mostly at home...Erm doing graphic designing atu sakit pala leh nya heeheh lama inda buat the graphic design..Chat most Afeekambing hehehe and also Cutie.....Sian Si Alim home alone wahahahahahahaha...ah well COngrats to them cause they got called for medi check for the last time 2molow...Afee sian kana Jijak batis nya d mall sasak ia tarus... Ah well nah the design i;ve been working most of my time think took me 3 hrs to do it....

Damn!!~
I called up my Army Officer this afternoon...I found out i was the favourite candidate to proceed in the next stage of the Amry Officer..I really blew up the pre FIB interview so bad i changed the Chairman's Preception on me...ah well i guess thats the effects of being so nervous....Well im jst gonna to try the next intake for the Army Officer Selection..Back from Scratch i suppose...AFCB to Pre FIB and Final FIB interview...One motivation would be to See all of my frend that went into intake 128...Guys jst be ready for the next big thing in Recruit ......hehehehe....Im gonna stand up and do the very best NOnONoNOn NOT the very best...The best that exceed my limits.........Target for the next AFCB test would be as follows
2.4km run = below 10mins
Pushups = Above 40 times in 1 min
Situps = Above 40 times in 1 min
Chin ups = 15-20 times
AKTA(Akal dan Tenaga) or Check point = 15 check points(Full)
Well thats the target i wanna produce in the next AFCB...would be hell but im gonna do it..looks like more training for me...
